On Saturday we went to Dinosaur Valley for some hiking and dino fun!

On our hiking adventure! We had a hard time getting the kids to wait for us...the farther we got the slower they got...then they decided we needed to take a break...The view from the top was worth it! They were happy to finally get to play in the creek... which by the way we saw a snake like 3 feet from us!!
On Sunday we went hiking again.. This time we took a 2 mile hike (which by the way doesn't sound hard but add 4 kids to the picture then it changes) to the "water spillway". We finally made it to our destination only to find there was no water at the spillway! Oh well, it was still fun... we saw 2 snakes and Jon almost caught one!

Looks like you had a great time! Brian and have actually been to that Dino Park in Glen Rose....before kids. It was hot as hell as I remember it! --kristal
