English?

The other day we were eating lunch and Andrew had 2 bites of food then said,"all done"...I told him he had to eat more..so then he tried, "finished"...that didn't work either...then I told him he needed to put all his food in his tummy so he could get big and strong. He looked at me for long time and you could tell his wheels were turning.... he then pulled up his shirt with one hand and with his other he took his food and put in on his tummy!! So literal but oh so cute!!

Next week is Spring Break and we are all ready for a break from the every day routine. We are going camping with my sisters family in Tyler for a few days..It's only a couple of hours away...but it's away! This time I am going to have to bring something to help Andrew sleep...he doesn't sleep so well away from home! Looking forward to the zoo and a day at the state park!

Then later that week Andrew finally has his 6 month follow up with the IA doctor...although it's really 7 months.. I meant to do a 6 month update on him...oops.. We will make it 7=)

All the way from Italy!

Michael's dad spent the weekend with us. He came all the way from Italy! It's always good to see him and the kids get so excited. Andrew was all about PaPa Cagle all weekend..An extra treat was that Michael's grandmother and grandfather came up from Houston as well! This was their first time to meet Andrew. Andrew took to his great grandmother and grandfather right away...took them by the hand and led them all over the place! He LOVES all his grandparents!

 Generations picture!
Granny, PaPa Cagle and all the grandkids!
Here is Granny with the girls... Mika loved visiting with Granny....she just sat and chatted with her for a long time=) We had a fun night catching up with everyone. Andrew doesn't really understand that Papa Cagle won't be back to visit until July...but today while grocery shopping he said, "Momma, Papa- Italy!" PaPa... you made quite the impression! Mika is counting down the days until July!

Date Night

Our church had their annual Father/Daughter Date Night. Mika was so excited that she was finally old enough to go. Daddy picked them up for a proper date! He rang the doorbell and presented them each with a dozen yellow roses. This was Mika's most favorite part of the night!

Great Wolf Lodge

In early February we went to The Great Wolf Lodge. Some of our precious friends were able to come too. We all had a blast, the only complaint.. the water was way too cold=)
Getting ready to check into our room!
Andrew was sooo excited.. I don't think he really knew what he was about to experience..
All 3 ready to go!! This was like 5 minutes after we got  into our room!
I realized after I downloaded my pictures this is one of the only pictures I have of Kennedy in the water..thats because she was too busy having fun to stop for pictures.. The wave pool was her favorite place to be...She loved jumping the waves!
That evening we went back to the room to get ready for dinner.. Andrew put his floaties back on all by himself!
 After dinner treats!!
Andrew and Mika on the slides!  Andrew's favorite part was all the slides...That is all he wanted to do. He even did some of the bigger ones...he kept saying, "again, again!"
Mika and her side kick having fun! Mika's favorite part was.... ALL of it!
