We were so excited about our little family vacation this year! It was a long year full of changes and transitions and we needed this! I searched what felt like months for an affordable place on the beach. I finally found a place and there was only 1 week left from May 1st to the end of Sept..We got it!! I have soooo many pictures so I will post my favorites. We had the best time and it was very relaxing even with 3 kids! I know we made memories to last a lifetime=) Our days went a little something like this...wake up with the sun, have our coffee on the beach and watch the stingrays and shark feed, go back up to our room, eat breakfast and get our swimsuits on, go back down to the beach, stay until lunch, walk back to our room and eat lunch then put Andrew down for a nap while the girls and either Michael or I goes back down to the beach...After Andrew's nap, back to the beach for more fun, come in for the day around 4, get a shower and go to dinner then come back and hunt for crabs, go to bed..repeat the next day!

Getting our toes beach ready!
Pretty Toes!
Our drive down went really well! They only lost their minds the last 3 hours of our 14 hour drive! Poor Andrew was a bit confused as he asked over and over again, "where we going?" This was his first vacation!
Day 1
I love this picture! Do you see my sweet Mika?
Kennedy riding in the waves! The first day we were there we met our next door neighbors and they had kids around our kids age....made instant friends and they played all week long!
Loved eating dinner outside on the beach!!
I love my kiddos!
So after dinner one night we rented these little car things!! Michael, Andrew and I thought they would be really fun...are girls were somewhat mortified that we were really going to drive these on the streets in front of everyone!! Wow.. they aren't even teenagers yet.
Mika is thrilled,can't you tell?
Kennedy came around to the idea....
Later in the evening we went down to the beach and watched the sun set and then went crab hunting!
These little critters are fast!!! They were not easy to catch either....
Day 2
Michael went deep sea fishing with our neighbor one morning...He had a blast and caught lots of Red Snapper and King Mackrel!
We actually got to eat these fish! There was a restaurant near the boat docks that will cook all your fish for $6 dollars....glad it wasn't me cooking it! It was really, really good!!! Wish my man could bring home dinner every night!
While daddy was fishing me and the kids went to the beach...but as you can see they were already soooo tired on day 2 of vacation!
The sand didn't keep Andrew from sucking his thumb! At this point I took them back up to the room and had them all lay down and take a quick nap!
Another one of my favorite pictures!
That night we went to Fudpuckers. Very fun place to eat! While you wait they have live music, a playground, hula hoops, and gator beach!
There were so many gators...you can even feed them!
Back at our little townhome! The girls with their new friend!
